Once you sign up, you are given a TLPC with assigned account number, you are entitled to:

  • 5% Credit Rebate on total bill.
  • 10% discount on normal-priced Bread & Pastries items, excluding promotional items/offers.
  • 20% Discount on Regular Size Freshly Brewed Espresso, Americano, Long Black, Cafè Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White, Mocha and Chocolate.
  • Exclusive Discount for members on Member’s Day/Monthly Promotion.
  • Members can collect points, and accumulate credit to pay for future purchases and/or redemption merchandise. (Not applicable to any The Loaf E-Shop purchase)

All you need to do is to present your TLPC when you make payment /purchase.

How to join The Loaf Membership programme?

  • Just go to any of The Loaf Stores and ask our cashiers about Membership programme.
  • Fill in the application form together with a payment of RM10 for a Lifetime membership fees.
  • You will get your Membership card and can be used immediately and start to collect the points.

How to obtain a new card for your lost card?

If you lost your card, please follow the below steps to obtain a new card:

  • You can get a new card straight away at any of The Loaf Outlets, just by telling our Cashiers that you want a new card for your lost card.
  • You will be requested to re-register for a new membership with RM10 lifetime membership fee, and you can use the new card immediately upon registration.
  • You can gain back the points that you have been collecting from the old card by telling the Cashiers that you wish to transfer your points earned to the new card.
  • Our Cashiers will take down the details of your old card and compile together with your new membership form for processing.
